What happens if I go over my allowed quota of recordings?

When you reach your quota of impressions recording will be paused.

If you are on a paid plan you will be notified prior to this with an alert when you reach 80% of your allowance.

If you take no action then recording will recommence automatically at the beginning of the next calendar month when your quota is refreshed.

You can purchase an additional amount of impressions on a paid plan by contacting us at support@sessioncam.com. You can increase to any quota of impressions you want, just let us know.

You will still have full access to the console and all your recorded sessions/data while recording is paused due to exceeded quota.
