Increasing, reducing, pausing or cancelling your SessionCam payment plan

Upgrading/downgrading your paid subscription


If you would like to increase or decrease the number of page views that we record per month, then please contact: support@sessioncam.com.

Please include the following details with-in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your website address
  • The number of page views you would like to record per month going forward
  • When you would like the increase/decrease to take effect.


We will then email you with details of your new monthly payment. 

Pausing your subscription


If you would like to pause your subscription, please email us at support@sessioncam.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website
  • The length of time you would like your account paused for.

Once we have this information we will email to confirm this has been completed.

Cancelling your SessionCam account


If you would like to cancel your subscription, then please contact 
support@sessioncam.com.
Please include the following details with-in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website address


We will then cancel your subscription and no further payment will be collected. 

You will still be able to access the SessionCam console to view recorded sessions for your retention period however recording will be switched off.
